Saratoga Metal Bond 125 ml

Metal Bond is a putty for metal based on unsaturated diclopentadiene polyester resin solubilized in styrene.

Contains aluminum powder which gives the preparation adhesion, hardness, resistance.

Easy to spread, excellent sandability (both dry and wet), fast hardening.

Suitable for castings , visible grouting and for the protection of sheet metal .

For immediate cleaning use a nitro diluent, if hardened use a razor blade.

Method of application and instructions:

It is applied to clean, dry, degreased and sanded surfaces
Take the quantity necessary for the application and catalyze it by adding 1 to 3% of the specific hardener, depending on the ambient temperature and the desired hardening time.
Mix the two components well
Workability and application time: about 5 minutes at 20 °
Sandable after 20-30 minutes from application
