This colourful textured teapot from London Pottery is designed by the renowned ceramist, David Birch. With a capacity of 900ml (30 fl oz, 1.5 pints), it serves 4 cups. It has a spout that’s both leak-proof and drip-proof, minimising mess when pouring.

It also has a built-in ceramic filter which can be used for both bagged and loose tea varieties.
