Sous Vide cooking function
The sous vide cooking process involves vacuum sealing food and then immersing it in water heated to a precise temperature, which never exceeds 100°C, and maintaining this temperature for a specified period of time in order to obtain uniform, delicate cooking results.

Choking function
Choose from 2 settings:
HIGH = fast cooking
LOW = gentle simmering
It is recommended to bring the liquid to a boil and then reduce it to simmer on the LOW setting. Default setting: 15 minutes / low temperature. Perfect for soups, sauces and pasta.
