One-component product

Pot life of the mix: 60 min

Waiting time between 1st and 2nd coat: 1-2 hours

The surfaces must be clean and free of crumbly and detaching parts

The irons must be brushed or sandblasted until all traces of rust are eliminated

Mixing the product: Mix 1 kg with 20-22 cl of water (20% 22%).

Application
Apply a first coat of weber.tec fer on the irons, creating a continuous layer of at least 1 mm.

After 1-2 hours apply a second coat for a thickness of about 2 mm. The extension of the treatment to the entire concrete surface to be restored creates a coupling coat for the subsequent recoating with the normal-setting cement-based repair mortar from the weber.tec range, to be applied within the following 2 hours.

Warnings and recommendations
Operating temperature: + 5 ° C to + 35 ° C
Clean tools with water before the product hardens

In case of restoration with weber.tec repairarapido40 or weber.tec repairarapido20 use weber.tec fer only for the treatment of irons and let dry 24 hours.
