Each article of the Black Infinity line has an induction fund made thanks to the innovative “FULL INDUCTION”.
This technology consists of the application of a totally solid and uniform AISI430 steel plate which guarantees greater surface stability and above all better conduction of the induction hobs.
This makes it possible to reduce the heating times of the product with a consequent saving of around 30% in electricity and cooking time.
The thickness of the plate also increases the thickness of the entire body of the product, making it even more solid and resistant over time.
In addition, the bottom has an elegant glossy finish, embellished with the laser-engraved Bialetti logo.

For this line we have developed the best coating on the market for its resistance and non-stick performance: Bialetti Black Infinity.
The coating consists of 5 professional layers that pass the most stressful abrasion tests. This coating is capable of lasting more than 80,000 abrasion cycles, which means more than 100 years of daily use of the product.
That’s why it’s indestructible!
In addition, the applied technology ensures excellent non-stick so that it can be cooked without the use of oils and fats, in order to cook in the healthiest way possible.
Finally, the non-stick coating is total throughout the interior of the item because even the aluminum rivets of the handle are completely painted.
This means that the product is also 100% nickel and PFOA free.

During the development of this line, maximum attention has been paid to the study of details to ensure practicality, functionality, comfort and safety in daily use.
We’ve designed tough, ergonomic handles and grips that are made of a steel core coated with a thick over-molded silicone that reduces heat spread and provides a firm grip with a more efficient “grip” in phase of taking.
The design is adorned with the Bialetti logo which fits elegantly on the handles, pulls and knobs.
The maximum functionality of the details is also expressed in the possibility of using these tools in the oven up to 220°.
