With this BBQ starter, you put the coals inside the cup, underneath you put a newspaper or a cube and, because the coal is at the top and the fire is at the bottom, it quickly lights the coal.

Once the coal is burning you can then pour it onto your existing BBQ and the rest of the coal will light.

The wood handle stops the heat travelling, so you can even lift this starter with boiling hot coals inside it.

There is an additional safety guard that shields the heat away from your hand.
