Dough “proofing” mode
This is the most important technological step in preparing the dough directly for baking. The dough is prepared at an optimal temperature of 38 °C.
Allows you to correctly reduce the time needed to prepare frozen foods for your favorite dishes.
Choice of heating modes: Top heating, bottom heating, top and bottom heating, top and bottom heating with convection, top and bottom heating with grill, top and bottom heating with convection and grill.Independent settings for upper and lower heating elements allow the oven to reach temperatures from 38 °С to 230 °С.Time setting for up to 120 minutes of cooking time.
The hot air is circulated inside the oven and the food is cooked quickly and evenly on all sides until it is crispy and crunchy.
The rotisserie provided is designed to rotate the food and cook it evenly on all sides. It allows you to effortlessly cook kebabs, fish or grilled chicken with little or no oil at all.
Convenient touch controls let you start cooking in the selected mode in a few clicks. The backlit display shows the selected automatic program, current temperature, and remaining cooking time.
The absence of mechanical buttons allows for easy clean care of the smooth glass surface.
You can follow and adjust the cooking process without opening the door thanks to the lighting inside the oven.
The thermal insulation of the body and the double glass door prevent scalding inside the oven when it is too hot. There is an auto shut-off function when overheating, and when the automatic or manual program is complete.
